State Bank Of India [SBI] — complaint for deducting amount for a unsuccessful transaction

Sir,
i was trying to pay the fees of rs 200 by Debit Card(TID:SBIPG[protected]ODISHASSCDRCARD Mumbai) on 19-Sept- 2019 timing- 6.30 PM for OSSC Jr Engineer (Civil/ Mechanical) Online Form 2019 through your gateway.After the payment was done it there was an error generated with code : Eferr021. Now the money has been deducted from the account but has not reached to OSSC. Second time I tried using NetBanking(TID:JE86019726201909191828225IGAHAYJBW8) with the same amount of RS 200/-, again the amount deducted and I got the above error code.I am not understanding whats a bad service SBI is providing to their customers.Kindly do an RCA and refund the total amount of RS 400/-.
