State Bank Of India [SBI] — complaint letter about irresponsibility of employees | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am prachusya Dihingia customer of state bank of india, hold a savings account in your Dhemaji branch sinch 22/8/2019.I had requested to unblock withdrawal facility of my account, since I am unable to withdraw money from my account, I am only allowed to deposit in it . I was promise that the same would be completed after 2 to 3 days .But till today I have been visiting the branch daily and none of the employee wants to help me, instead they behave very rudely and give a negative response.They told that the documents that are uploaded are pending and CIF not scrutinize at LCPC . I am sad to say that I couldn't withdraw money from my own account and there has been no action taken till date .I requested you to look into my case and help me . Was this information helpful? | |||
