Request you to refund 100% on my credit card . I have already shared my escalation feedback to CPP Team.
Already discuss the issue with SBI and CPP team.
Only received message of Amount refunded which was immediately debited to CPP plan and again 1704.5 amount was debited for plan total 2499 +2499+1704.05 please return to the credit card.
CPP Cancelation message was received with confirmation on amount to be refunded but nothing happened within a moment everything was again debited against CPP plan.
SBI Team and CPP team stop playing scam and fraud with your consumer .
i have all proof's which held SBI team clearly liable for such kind o[censored]nauthorized payment .
It is clearly illegal and fraud to deduct consumer money without there permission and add such kind of Value added services .
Kindly refund 100% amount else i would reach out to Ombudsmen team for solution.
Already Waited for 30 days and no solution back, i will file a complaint with the RBI banking ombudsman depending upon the region where you are located .
RBI Master Circular, Section 8 which deals with the issue-
