Received a similar message on my number twice.
They even got my cousins number somehow and contacted her and told her about dues which is illegal. Also received call from this Sachin Pokle and a lady from his recovery office, both of them were rude since the time i answered their call.(i have recordings of their calls) I gave them my new address and asked them to visit with the legal notice which according to him was sent from bandra or thane court.
i am ready to make the payment in full but first i want to meet this sachin in personal.
Dear Sbi consumer complaint team if you are reading this i am ready to make payment in full but before that i want to meet Mr. Sachin Pokle +91-9987869508 ninenineeightseveneightsixninefivezeroeight and teach him some decency of speaking and morals. (also received one message now as when i am typing)
These are recovery agents (n th level) who will be carrying fake legal notices yo threaten those who have slipped payments and patienceless bank selling these loans to recovery agents who do not know RBI strictures on them . They have no knowledge of banking, updated onfo on your cards etc.

You can straight away call their agents and bang them. They cannot do anything as bsnk as usual has erred.

You can call for Bank statements and engage an advocate and courts deal with these type of cases mercilessly thrash agent and Bank for defaming you.
