I had mailed sbi team to many times for final settlement request. But nobody had reverted back to my mail/number.
I am a credit card holder of sbi. Due to some events out of my control i missed a payment of some processing charge amount charged to be which was not in my knowledge.
I have been a sincere customer and i did pay all the actual amount on time. Although i think that the processing charge was charged wrongfully on me i am still willing to settle the balance and close my account. Can you please reach back to me with the best offer?
