[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — credit card joining offer not received

Dear team, i took an sbi credit card with a welcome offer. That offer is i will get rs. 500/- gift voucher. I communicated to customer care several times. When i was calling customer care they were promising to arrange soon. But i did not get the output. Finally i hesitated and inform them to close my credit card. At last month bill i paid rs500/- less for that welcome offer. Now i am receiving calls and disturbing my time from sbi persons.
