I have already Hotlist ctedit card no. Ending 0062 on 1st july 2018 and cancle request for new card. Find attachment.

Can you help me out How it is possible any hotlist card annual fee charged and send monthly statment.
As i have been paid all outstanding amount before 01st Jul 2018.

Kindly request you please reverse this statment becouse i have already paid all bill amount and hotlisted my card on 01st july 2018.
