[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — credit cards-not reached but bill is generated

I have not received my credit card yet but bill is generated
Also when I tried to retrieve my application details online I was not able to find
How can you generate a bill before the card has reached me?
I don't even know the application number and also Credit Card number

shanu shanu's response swayam SBI passbook printing machine is not a good condition machine. it is like chaina mechane.

Sir from 3 months the mechane has a problem and no one is taking interest to solve the problem and the manager is taking the complaint latter. so pls slove the customers problem. thanks u
