State Bank Of India [SBI] — damaged 500 rs

I have withdrawal of 1000 rs in Atm nearest Icf signal
two 500 notes are comes out but one note is damage with Stickering back side,
I try to recover my amount rs 5000, but Sbi Personel bank at Villivakkam not Respance, and try to perambur those peoples are same, not Responce .

that Atm is not in my control told me,
i have the my amount rs 500.
