I am not getting an OTP from the Payment gateway. Initially I thought the problem was with my card so I got another one and I still had the issue, I visited my home branch told them the problem and they said the problem is with my phone and when I tried to explain it to them they were not just interested. So lodged a complaint about my issue with SBI and they called me back asked a few questions and said the issue will be resolved after 10 working days. 2 months later I still have the issue and when I called the SBIs customer service the representative requested the complaint and account number which I happily provided and after putting me on hold for a minute she thanked me, wished me a good day and declined the call without giving me a second to reply back.
