Dear sbi team

I have a sbi credit card. Yesterday i went to nearest atm for withdrawing 500 rupees this is a bank of india atm but this atm shown invalid input. After few seconds i had received to a text for debiting 500 rupees but i was not able collect rupees. Plz resolve my complaint
