State Bank Of India [SBI] — deducted amount of rs. 3000 not received

Transaction done through debit card on 11 feb 2019 of Rs. 3000 to add in paytm wallet. Money has deducted from account but not received in paytm. Paytm said that the amount has not received by them from bank with proofs about that. 6 days have been passed and still not refunded the deducted amount to bank account. On 12nd feb 2019 I've called costumer care and they said that amount has deducted which was showing there and registered complaint. After 2 days when i called them again they said that no any transaction 3000 is showing on 11th feb 2019 through debit card. I'm providing my bank account number and compaint ticket number
