State Bank Of India [SBI] — didn't receive my refund | |||
Order ID: #[protected] Hi I ordered one item from Amazon on 3rd October'19 & it was a headphone but i didn't receive the product & it got returned back to seller. Now when it came to my refund as i did an online payment for that, Amazon is saying that they have initiated the refund on 9th October'19 & they said that the amount will be credited within 4-5 business days. But till now i am facing the problem for my own money as the amount which was "Rs.999" has been not reflected in my account. I contacted Amazon customer support several times so they said that they had initiated the refund on 9th October & it will be credited within 4-5 days. When i complained regarding that so they gave me 'REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER - 911818' regarding my refund & asked me to contact my bank. I contacted my bank customer support also several times & they said that they can't provide any information regarding that.I told them that Amazon has given me Refund Reference number but again they said that Amazon is a third party app so they can't help me. Now the final way to get back my money after such incidents, Amazon told me to file a Charge Dispute Form against my bank as till now my money is not credited in my bank account. I was going to fill the same form but before that u thought to file a complain here first. If i don't get my money back then i will definitely fill Charge Dispute Form against the bank as i have left with no other option. I'm so frustrated now. Really ! Please help me. Please.
