State Bank Of India (SBI) — Double payment of prepaid mobile bill

On[protected] i made of payment of rupees 1827 from my SBI Net Banking vide transaction number DSBI[protected]IG0ADJHFW3 for the payment of IDEA Post Paid Mobile Number [protected] in the name of Santoshi Deosthle A message received that the payment is not done, hence i again on[protected] made a payment of rupees 1827 vide transaction number DSBI[protected]IG0ADUBE5. The extra payment of rupees 1827 has not been received/credited in my account number[protected] so far. I have already made complaint to IDEA Celluler company and they have provided the information that they have only received a payment of rupees 1827 on[protected].
