State Bank Of India [SBI] — due to power failure atm machine not release money

Address:Post- khandela, teh -Khandela Dist -Sikar Rajasthan

On 12 april 2019 I went to ATM to take money as ATM Machine started counting the power supply stopped and ATM machine got shut down .After power supply started I waited the money to come out of the ATM .But nothing happened .I complained to SBI customer care but my has not recredited to my account so far .for how long should i wait for the resolution of my problem
