State Bank Of India [SBI] — earphone refund amazon but not money give bank

My name is shekh nadeem qureshi and i had ordered earphone of rs.199 amount sv enterprises headphones/earphone with mic for iphone, apple in amazon on 07-oct-2019 and after 12-oct-2019 returned this order due to personal reason. And on 13-oct-2019
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but sbi bank doesn't have such policy. So
Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected]
