I have also received messages from AX-CBSSBI that my ECS mandate for MTNL is expiring on 25/8/2020 and that I should contact the home branch. But the home branch does not have a clue and asked me to approach MTNL who reffered me back to SBI. Kindly advise me the course of action as nobody is able to assist during the lock down period.
