State Bank Of India [SBI] — electric bill payment

Today in evening i paid amount of 4750 to npdcl, amount has been deducted and a pop up message came that payment successfully done, but again on checking bill status i found total money due. I don't know what to do further, will this amount be credited back to my account or is this a online traffic due to which it delays. Please reply me fast otherwise i may be a victim of penalty charge of 200 rupees
