I have been using my card for past 3 years and i’m paying my dues regularly. Due to some situation i’m not able to pay my card from march. After that there were lot of financial charges been charged under my card. During sept and oct i paid 7500 and 8500.
I asked for settlement and the collection executives verbally said that i’ll get 40 to 45% of waiver. However, they have given me 30% and forcing me to pay immediately and every time they are calling and putting me under pressure, mentally i’m not able to manage this. I usually tell them to come to office and every time they are directly reaching home with 3 to 4 people and threatening my whole family. I would require a immediate action from your side this is my last hope. As i have seen that before going to rbi. This should be notified to the respective bank. I have reached bank as well and they are telling me in offline that you can wait for 10 days to get better waiver. Many people are calling with different names. Is this the way to treat a customer. As i read that executives should cope up with the customer before coming to house and they should maintain the privacy. Nothing was done from your side. They are always yelling and shouting. Please help me on this.
