Hi, Why SBI is declining my credit card application status with reason code: "F55-DATABASE DEFAULTER" I have applied multiple times but all the time decline with no proper answer of decline reason. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Hi,

emailed my contact number at sbicard.com/email. Also already reached out to your customer care but they dont provide any satisfactory response except saying "we regret" all the times.

Escalated the matter to nodel from sbicard.com.

If you can not provide credit card that is completely fine but I have right to know on what exact ground the application was rejected, that is too so many times. Whereas I had 2 SBI cards the in the past which are closed now without any due left.
