Dear sir/madam, I have placed an order on www.flipcard.com on dated 10/10/2018 the order id od[protected] from the product "asus zenfone max pro m1" gray 64gb worth rupees 13092. I did full advance payment via my sbi credit card from the same. But the transaction is failed. I could not reciev the failed transaction amount. I am also complained so many times but i could not receive any satisfied ans. I attached the merchant email. Please check the attached file. So please check. Cancelation of autopay option and refund to amount
I did transaction through phonepay and it not confirmed by receiver then I discussed phonepay customer service they told me go to bank and fill charge dispute request form, but bank told me there is no charge dispute request form I visited bank for my problem more times but they not give me proper guidance. Thank you
Sbi charging me for two atm card on which i have no clue of one atm card and i am using only one atm card.branch are not informed me that i have two atm and evry year they are chaging twice.
I got a call from SBI to upgrade my card she asked me my details of name and date of birth and pan number and suddenly she is asking me a OTP .AND THEN WITHOUT MY confirmation she processes the application and i have that SMS kindly look into the issue iam scared.
