State Bank Of India [SBI] — failed transaction worth 50000 which wasn't refunded

On the 8th march 2019, I tried to buy a bike worth 58k on paytm by using my father's SBI debit card but that transaction failed but 50k was suddenly debited from the account and that amount was neither transferred to paytm or showroom nor did that amount got reflected in my father's acccount.
When I contacted Paytm as well as SBI, both of them raised their hands and blamed each other.
The paytm customer service executive asked me to contact SBI saying that they didn't receive the amount and later when I called SBI customer service executive she denied to refund saying that paytm is third party wallet and hence she cannot refund the amount and told me call paytm once again and this cycle has been going on continuously...
I hope this tussle ends soon and I will get my money...
