Message received on my cell registered with banks;

From - bz-taxret/ cell[protected]

"income tax requires you to click the link below to submit a formal request for the remittance of your unclaimed overdue tax refund of rs 19, 251. Http:/bit. Ly/2oxaoxu"

I would like to know the genuineness of this message and also if that is fake, strict action against those involve din such fraud.

I got message from SBI that is Dear SBI UPI User, your account is credited INR 4000.00 on Date[protected]:25:27 PM by UPI Ref No[protected]
This transaction made by me from my another bank account.
Still not getting any help from SBI home branch & call centre. Even at call centre they are not ready to take complaint
