[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — False commitment about the card limit | |||
SBI Executive gave me false Commitment for Credit Card limit twice on call, they told me that I will get minimum 3-5lac as credit limit but actually I got 64000 only, I have 1 card already with good limit. now they sent me cc statement for annual fees, but I already informed them to cancel my card & i haven't used card yet also haven't changed Pin for it. Pls help me to cancel this card & i don't want to pay anything to them as I haven't used card.one more thing i just called to customer care. They blame to me. she is saying it's your fault ... No calls received from the Bank ..
They want to upload the documents upgrade the sbi credit card limit ..
But I don't want to use this card & don't want to paying charges ..
So pls solve my problem .. State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
