On 6th Dec, cancelled purchase of amount Rs. 6999/- not credited to my account. But Amazon successfully refunded. Ref no#[protected]. Contacted Amazon customer care, instructed to contact sbi customer care and file charge dispute.
Contacted customer care and instructed to home bank (SBI, SME branch, SBIN0007211) informed they can't dispute.
