[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — for cancellation of fbb shopping credit card

Dear sir, Card no : [protected] I want to cancel my fbb shopping sbi credit card. Despite of paying the complete amount by october, 2017 i am still receiving sms to pay overdue balance. Customer service never receives the call even after after calling so many time. I never received any statement mail or payment bill. Can't understand how to cancel the card.
