[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — for refund

My name is logesh and i had ordered sparx white sneakers in amazon on 18, july 2019 and i had cancelled that product fro personal reason. Amazon initiated amount to my card but still i didn't get the money. Amazon send this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond for this complaint it's very urgent. My money has refunded from Amazon to bank and the reference code is#[protected].my money had strucked from bank.i need my money back.if IAM asking to bank.There was an irresponsible answer

My account balance should be 10502 but my account balance is 2 only also showing 10500 has lien amount. I am not able to withdraw 10500. I am stay outside state I can not go to bank. So kindly resolve my problem
