State Bank Of India [SBI] — fraud transactions & consumer data sharing | |||||
I want to report the negligence of sbi team for leaking consumer details regarding transactions, personal mobile number, address banking details of mine which caused me loss of 50000 rupees in 5 successive fraud transactions. I have reported the same in local ps and the credit card team on same day after i saw messages of otp and credit utilisation however i have not shared the details received a fraud call regarding my banking details after which i received an sms stating my credit bal has been utilised and asap i reported this with the sbi credit card team. But they are accounting me liable and putting false allegations that i shared my details and want to escape the situation. I want help to solve this disputed transactions and sharing of personal details of consumer to other fraudsters. And they are not providing me any valuable feedback from the sbi team.
