Subject: regarding fraudulent transaction taken place from my saving account of 265137=00 on date 7 march 2019

Dear lokmat team,

Fraudulent transaction through internet banking has been taken place from my sbi branch nerul west sector -20 (Branch code 05087) saving account no.[protected] on dated 07.03.2019 of amount 265137=00 which is not yet credited my account and it was home loan and personal amount taken for repayment.
Complaint register all over forums, bank manager, local police station and cyber crime as well but "no reply"

Sir, it is literally upsetting me that i am paying ecs from same account to bajaj which amount is not used by me. Kindly look into this matter seriously.

I have all supporting document which is required to verify.

All this incident was taken place on date 07 march 2019 in mid night after 1:00am to 6am without any otp sharing or any banking information sharing.

(1)i recharged for 998 on amazon(ref.no.207055)and
(2) another payment of 350 rs (ref.no.[protected])both the payments are process by 3 rd party. But bank have not approved yet.

Amount of Rs 349 debited from my account on 21 June 19 through SBI a net banking but recharge failed but upto yet amount of Rs 349 was not refunded.same thing happened on 06 jan 19 by simply giving resolution that your mobile no [protected] is top up and contact with merchant but all false .The recharge failed and upto yet no amount was refunded

Iam getting a msg from sbi saying 295 debited from your account for investment intermedi without any info is this how the bank works without even informing the customers about it and also not even a correct response from the bank

I had applied the credit card in online.i got the call from from sbi but after few days I got the message it could not reach our policy.So when I visited bank they said S5 rejection.But already I am using another credit card why It is rejected I don't know.can tell me what is the reason for this.
I lost my pass book and account number so please I want my account number as soon as possible
