[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — full final settlement of credit card | |||
I burhanuddin sabir is the card holder bearing no 9114 in your esteemed bank would like to bring your kind attention that i have received your mail regarding reversal of charges and interest but my request is to you to come in full and final settlement of the outstanding and closed my account permanently as i will not be using this card anymore. As per the statement my outstanding is 14814 of 6 months in which if you check my payment history i have already made the payment of inr 5090 in these 6 months but your late fee and interest cahrges are not stopping and as i have mentioned in my previous mail i have lost my job and have no source of income and i am ready to pay inr 7000 as full and final settlement and nothing beyond that as i am not in good financial position. So i would like to request you to please come on the mutual agreement and accept the payment of inr 7000 as full and final settlement. But sbi is not responding to my mails and are not ready to do any settlement. My payment history of six month is attached in the mail. Was this information helpful? | |||
