I own a sbi credit card from 2014 and currently there is a outstanding of 76k. I had not paid the dues since last 2 months as I lost my job and need some time to bring things back to normal. I am getting like 25 calls every day and every time I have to explain them the situation nobody is aware of the previous conversations don’t know how it’s functioning..and pfa the language being used by the executive on Whatsapp chat.If no action is taken I m going to take a diff approach as being a customer of sbi and nearly paid off 7lakhs against the credit card in 6years now you get such a treatment i[censored]r payment gets delayed..great way of customer service.
