Dear sir, With reference to above mention subject, i am a senior citizen (Old woman) of india also having a s/b account no.[protected] with stata bank of india, branch-kaipara, dist-jajpur, odisha, ifcs code sbin0008092 in the name of sita prusty since last 7years. Since last 3months my account has been closed by the branch manger for link of adhar and kyc. I have compliance so many times the document at the branch but no result have come. Sir while depositing money on CDM machine sudden technical failure of CDM my money got struck on machine and the amount did not got deposited on my account place sonai road branch silchar i contacted at the branch but they are telling i have to wait for many days i want to ask there system too slow or what

Respected sir, My ATM cloning at pune atm machine 21000 rs ..then register complaint pune police station (cyber crime )after some days police inform me to transfer the documents recovery of money in your branch..But bank are not recover my money ..Please suggest Me..🙏
