State Bank Of India [SBI] — Harassment/unethical/unprofessional/threatens | |||
Hi i would like to bring to notice the kind of harassment and unethical/unprofessional practices of debt recovery by SBI recovery agents which is in violations of rules/regulations laid down by competent Authority. I have been using TATA SBI card for more than 1 years and i have been paying regularly. But recently i had a reduced income and also a new born baby in the family so i couldn't keep up the payment. i have paid till november 2017. But the recovery agent is coming day and night and harassing my wife infront of my infant children. i have told them i'm in financial problem so will pay/settle in two-three months so give me some time.But the agent came early in the morning 7.30 am till 9 pm and threatening and harassing my wife and my 3 years old children. One agent name Kapil even said he will take our refrigerator and you have to pay today. My card is 5242********8492. Please stop sending those thugs/Wolf agent. Give me some months and i will surely pay this off. Two recovery agent who identified as: sarik(Agency manager)- contact: [protected] Kapil(agent) - contact :[protected] Please don't send again any thugs/wolf Agent.
