State Bank Of India [SBI] — I am complaining about a employees working at a SBI bank | |||||
Good morning i am a new account member for sbi for a branch of warasiguda branch code is 12916. Today i went to branch for submission of documents in bank but there employees are useless people they never care about the customer i stayed there for around 2 hours but there are not responding properly to my questions mostly there are not caring. I went to bank manager cabin to verify my documents but even though he is also useless person whom i a have seen in my carrier, when i went to his cabin i asked him very politely sir i would like to show whether this documents are enough to open account in the bank? Then he replied that i don't know about this process you can ask to employee in the bank. Then i laughed like anything. I have lot of respect on a bank sbi because it is making us and india proud & i respect them. But when i went sbi branch (12916) seriously i am telling no one is eligible to work there they crack a joke to them self even customer is standing in front of them. They come late to office, they wont give respect to customer, not only me the person who comes there to withdraw or deposit they never care they come to office as they are coming to park or pick nick. They always see how to waste time and they chat about they personal matters in working hours we should wait until they discussion have completed. I have account in yes bank and state bank of hyderabad but they never disrespect the customer they are very nice to us & clarifies all our douts and most importantly they respect customer. I never seen disrespect like this in my life So i finally come to conclude that i should not open a account in sbi in my life because after opening a account there they wont respond to us properly, if any one ask me to open a account in sbi account in (12916) branch i would suggest other bank but not sbi (12916). My suggestion to sbi is take action on sbi branch (12916) other wise you may loose many accounts (Or) change the staff, change the bank manager. Was this information helpful? | |||||
