I had placed an order of iphone 8 on 22 nd october 2019 with online payment using sbi debit card and cancelled it on the same day. Its been more than 15 days i have not received the refund in my account and flipkart is saying that they have completed the refund on 22 nd oct. After talking to several flipkart customer care executives i am told to contact bank and file a dispute form. Then i contacted bank they are telling that it's flipkart responsibility to complete your refund we can't do anything. They are just playing blame game and i don't know what should i do now. I have also registered a complaint against bank on sbi cms portal.
