State Bank Of India [SBI] — I did not receive my refund

I purchased a product on amazon, later on i cancel it on 14th of sept, on 15th sept amazon initiated my refund, but i am yet to get my refund in my bank account, i contacted amazon they said they proceed my fund now its my banks fault and i should contact them. Amazon even provided me the refund reference no. Also. Today it has been 10 days since amazon initiates their refund process.

Sir, this is regarding unauthorised transaction made with my debit card of rs 5000 on dated[protected]. my account is debited with the name of OTHPG PAYTM NOIDA with rs 5000 without any msg.

Please provide me my refund in my bank account

My name is sunil kumar jain and I had ordered product of RS.699 okayji stainless steel spice rack set, 6-pieces, silver in Amazon on 5 september 2019 and after 11 seotember 2019 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 12 semtember 2019 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 925519129384 and told me to fill charge dispute form but State bank of india doesn't have such policy. So
please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is 61089275571

I do not have any credit card but Sbi is time and again troubling me by asking to pay Rs 8535.89. I don’t even know the number how do I pay. I have complained many times but they keep harassing me . my name Padmaja Mattey
I have don't received money but the money is transferred from amazon
I was transferring 3000 to other sbi account usingof bhim sbi pay...but the transaction was failed while the amount has been deducted from my account. on the other hand it was not credited to the beneficiary account. so i need to reversed the said amount to my account
Hi Iam saragadam shyam achyut, my credit card limit is 50000 but every month iam paying interests of 3000 to 7000 and i cant afford to every month like this and this month gave me a fine of 5000.so please help me for the final settlement process and my credit card no is [protected] and month and year is 08/23.so help me
On 23th aug 2019 500rs deducted from my sbi account reason not mension why very unsatisfied service from sbi I going to branch for complain but staff say transaction is correct but details not given to me I don't understand the situation..
