State Bank Of India [SBI] — i haven't received the refund in my bank account as amazon have transferred it. | |||
I did shopping on amazon and buy product from amazon and made payment by state of india (Sbi) debit card online but the product is not satisfying so i returned it and asked for refund on 2 july 2020 and as per e-mail sent by amazon to me the refund is successful on 10 july 2020 but the problem is i haven't received any refund i have contacted both amazon and bank but the sbi is saying we haven't received any refund money yet then i contacted amazon and they said we have send you reference number which bank gives them after the money is transferred so this is what problem i'm facing the state bank of india is not processing the money into my account i have reference number and all so kindly help me with this.
