State Bank Of India [SBI] — incorrect charges and miscommunication by sbi | |||||
There was miscommunication from SBI and it's partner vendors who have not clearly mentioned the charges at the time of form sign till card delivery, annual fees to me. Somehow CPP plan was also activated on my card and converted to EMIs without my consent. I've raised the service requests as soon as the first bill generated in may'18 month regarding both issues. The resolution was not provided for charges and annual fees. CPP was removed. The card was blocked permanently by SBI in Jul'18 month. I've requested for the chrges waived off as I was being chased by the billing team. The SBI supoort team called me and we agreed upon that all the chrges have been waived off and I'll pay the outstanding of the amount whatever I've used (Paytm, Uber) and not the charges etc. The charges are still there on my card which is impacting my cibil score.
