State Bank Of India [SBI] — incorrect emi charged to me - cibil score down | |||
I have been charged an incorrect emi bounced by sbi from apr'18 to jan'19 and then march'19 to apr'19. I sent an e-mail complaint to sbi and sbi have agreed that it was their mistake to hit me an incorrect emi bounced and i have received a letter by sbi that it was bank's mistake due to which my credit score goes down. Request to cibil department with the help of apologize letter issued from bank, please get my credit score clear. Was this information helpful? | |||
