State Bank Of India [SBI] — issue with transaction of rs.100000.10th february 2019 | |||
Dear Team My name is muralikrishna boppana.i had made a transaction on 10 Feb 2019 time 8.30 pm paid to our creditor payment Rs.1, 00, 000/- through phonePe app the money got deducted from my account ([protected]:IFSC code:SBIN0006830) but transaction failed (Screen shot attached)and it's been 11 days but I did not received my refund back, Further, I have filed complaint(this is my phonepe complaint no:43293456, transaction I'd:P1902102030505912926262 and UTR no:[protected] .I have also attached the screenshot of the transaction and bank statement.kindly provide me with my refund.I don't know what to do.This is afake company and cheating on the loyal customers.They are stealing money from us. I had calls them daily 5 to 6 times them through app more than 15 times but not satisfied reply is provided from the company.They are doing it on a big scale and stealing money from everyone Note:I HAVE TRANSFERRED ON 10 TH FEB-2019(SUNDAY) TIME:8.30 PM BUT AMOUNT DEBITED OUR ACCOUNT 11TH FEB-2019(MONDAY) Was this information helpful? | |||
