State Bank Of India [SBI] — Lien amount 500000 has been added

Hi my name is Rajeev Ranjan having account ([protected]) in SBI for last 3 yrs. In my account arround Rs 3, 860 was available but when i went ATM for withdrawal then it says your account balance is zero. then i logged in sbi Net banking then i saw a new amount is Added i:e; LIEN Amount of 5, 00, 000( 5 Lacs). now it shows -5 lacs.
then i went my home branch official said you have to submit your form once again then i filled the form and submitted immediately. they said i will fix this issue no need to come here for this.
After 10 days it is still showing LIEN Amount Of 5 Lacs. and my account balance is zero.
please do some needfull help.
