State Bank Of India [SBI] — lost of original deed at branch, taken as mortgage of housing loan

Housing loan was taken from state bank of india, andua branch (7099). Loans are fully cleared and closed. Loan accounts are-[protected] & [protected] for one lac & three lac. After closure of my house buildng loan they are not returning my original title deed kept as mortgage of housing loan. Two months over after my complaint to them. State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 25, 2019 Updated by chakrasu till date i have not received my original title deed from andua branch, because they are not responding after repeated complaints.they have misplaced my original title deed at branch, so they are not responding.
