State Bank Of India [SBI] — made double payment, yet to receive the refund

Recently took a ride with uber, payed the bill through my card. It showed bill payment failed and i was asked to pay it again, i paied the bill again only to check that money was deducted twice. Contact the uber customer care, they mentioned that first time the payment was not succesfull and they said that money would be refunded, it's already a week since this happened but i am yet to get my refund

We have open accounts for our employees in sbi from kiosk..now its been around more than a month and accounts are not opened yet..when we ask from bank they say its issue of software update all...tell me how much time does it take to open an account
