State Bank Of India [SBI] — MOD A/C is not able to close

Hi,
I have a SBI saving account with number [protected] and I have created 3 MOD accounts online in internet banking .
As per the features, I can prematurely close the MOD accounts anytime or I can partially withdraw the amount from MOD.
But now when I am trying to close my MOD accounts online as mentioned in SBI portal I am getting an error stating "Your MOD account can not be closed as delinking of your MOD account is failed"
and these are not closing. I also tried partial withdrawal which is also failing. I contacted customer care multiple times and none of them are able to solve the issue. They are asking to visit branch where I am currently staying out side home barch. that As I have created it online, I should be able to close it online as per bank instructions.
