State Bank Of India [SBI] — Money got deducted from SBI account through the transaction failed

Address:SBI Kukatpally

This is regarding a recent purchase i tried to make using my Debit card. The transaction failed after entering OTP so i tried multiple time. The transactions failed but money got deducted from my account.
My account is debited with the name of OTHPG paytm with rs 25, 000 without any message.
please give me a solution
i have compliant to my bank but they have not gave me any satisfaction answer so i request please provide me a solution
