My account has been stopped without giving any information to me. When I called customer service, they suggested to update the KYC document. I sent documents to my home branch mail id sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in on 29 May 23. I also went to local branch (branch code - 21730) and submitted the hard copy of the self-attested KYC document with kyc update form on 29th May 23.
I tried to call home branch (customer care provided number [protected]) which never reachable. When I tried to reach out to local branch number ([protected]), no one is picking the call.
I have not received any update on this from the back yet.
