State Bank Of India [SBI] — my card is duplicated and amount of rs80070 withdrawn without my knowledge and consent, | |||
Hi Sir, We have provided following details/facts against the case to notify SBI bank branch Shalimar Garden, for my complaint. 1. Reported F.I.R for Money worth approx. 80070 INR, Transacted from my bank account in Sahibabad Police Station on date 18-Dec-2018. 2. The written copy of F.I.R is then forwarded to the Bank both by me and Office In-charge from Police Station. 3. I have also lodged a complaint at SBI (CMS) Saurabh Mandal at 19:18 PM on date 18-Dec-2018. 4. The money was withdrawn from Arbindo Marg & Hauj Khas A.T.M as detailed by SBI Brach official at Shalimar Garden Branch. But this money was not withdrawn by me. I am not sure how this transaction has been done, I was at home during that time and A.T.M was with me (how the A.T.M was replicated, to my suspicion). 5. This is a fraudulent transaction as none of the belongings from Bank such as Cheque book, A.T.M etc., none was used by me. 6. I have requested bank to actually cross check how this transaction happened, as this may happen to anybody. It is my humble request to please revert the amount 80070 INR deducted from my Account no.[protected] earliest. As the bank is not helping/supporting me much, after stated details. This has already taken 10 months now after stating all these facts to bank. 7. I have lodged a complaint with complaint no. [protected] to RBI ombudsmen on 3-Sept-2019, but to my astonishment the complaint is still with the Entity, i.e SBI and no action is yet taken against my request, Already 45 days now with RBI ombudsman. Requesting to please help me close my compalint earliest and provide me the amount transacted from my bank account of Rs 80070.
