[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — My payment failed but 2000 rs deduct from credit card

Hi Sir,
On 20/03/2023 I did total 6 marchent payments on paytm through my SBI simply credit card but my 5 th transaction was failed at 6.27 a. m and 2000 rs also deducted my credit card . My SBI simply credit card no is [protected], credit card register no- [protected]. My register paytm no is- [protected]. Sir please help me to got my 2000 rs refund. Below I mention few screen shot as proofs.
