Hi sir/madam,
I am facing lot of trouble with sbi.in shopping mall sbi guys they are forced me to apply for credit card all they give is wrong information.
1. I got new card but i am not able to login because date of birth mismatch. I tried to call customer care but i am not able to connect because of dob mismatch.
2. I send mail and they asked me to send my pancard scan copy and i sent. I got message that dob changed but not able to login.
3. They are not calling back and resolving my issue on top of that i got message that i need to pay bill by 02/01/2018 and amount is 3539/-
# here my worry is without activating and i didn't used one rupee also why should i pay.
Please help me to cancel this card. I don't want this card itself. Was this information helpful? |
