State Bank Of India [SBI] — no one attend the call or reply on mail

I have taken a home loan from sbi. I have sent a demand draft with all the necesary details to disburse the amount to the builder.
I tried to connect through multiple mails and call to the branch but no response from their side.
This kind of behaviour is not acceptable. This is how you treat your customer.

Please take some action against it and help me out.

Today, a call came on 6/02/2019, which was telling me as a bank manager. He asked me to update the debit card but I asked him about which branch he was from, he disconnected the phone. Tried to check the above phone Please.
